For Investors

Building in the open. Keep us on your radar.

Arqlius is not conducting a public offering, and this page is not one. It exists so that investors who care about the orbital economy can follow the program as it de-risks — and reach out when the timing is theirs to choose.

This page is provided for general information only. It is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, and it does not describe any offering, terms, or financing. Nothing here is investment, legal, or tax advice. Any future securities offering, if one occurs, would be made only through definitive offering documents to eligible investors.

Where the Program Stands

A company, a frozen baseline, and a moat that already works.

Arqlius is deliberately built in de-risked steps, and the earliest and hardest layers are already in place. The facts, plainly:

01

Incorporated

A Texas C-corporation with a Houston operating base, at the center of the NASA JSC talent cluster.

02

Baseline Frozen

A configuration-controlled engineering baseline for Arqlius One — the pilot 12-berth orbital hub.

03

Software Heritage

The neutral coordination & settlement layer is proven inside Vexidus and licensed to Arqlius — not built from zero.

04

Staged De-Risking

Each capability is proven before the capital that depends on it is committed. Nothing is built on faith.

Why This, Why Now

The first neutral hub becomes the standard.

Launch is solved; on-orbit logistics is not. As commercial stations, depots and servicing fleets multiply this decade, the absence of shared cargo infrastructure becomes the binding constraint on the whole economy — exactly the pattern that preceded every port in history.

Arqlius builds that shared layer once, neutrally — and it only works because its owner competes with no one.

The defensible part — trusted coordination and settlement across rival operators — is the hardest thing to copy, and it already exists. Read how Arqlius is built →

Staying Informed

The ball is in your court.

We are not raising publicly, and we won't reach out unsolicited. If you invest in frontier space or deep-tech infrastructure and want to track the program, register your interest — and we'll keep you informed with a periodic, facts-only note on what's shipped and what's in motion.

Follow the program

Opt in to receive occasional program updates — verifiable milestones only, no hype, no pitch.

Review the program briefing

A detailed program briefing — the facility, approach, staged plan and neutrality doctrine — is available to view in your browser. It's access-controlled; request the access code by email and we'll share it.

Reach out when it's your timing

Whether that's now or a phase from now, the door is open and the first move is yours.

Keep Us On Your Radar

Register your interest.

Tell us a little about your focus and we'll keep you in the loop as the program advances. No commitment, no pitch — just a way to stay close to the work.

Interest is handled by legal@vexidus.com — Vexidus Corporation, majority owner of Arqlius.
